Currently touring across Upstate New York as the lead soprano in Banners and Broken Hearts, McLain Hunter delivers a captivating fusion of pop, rock, and operatic styles. Her dynamic vocal range and compelling performances consistently engage audiences, highlighting her versatility and passion on stage.

ABOUT

I’m from Walnut Creek, California and am a uniquely imaginative performer with a mix of soulful artistry and delightful charm. Inspired early on by my godmother, singer Shari Puorto, I grew up surrounded by the rich sounds of Bluegrass, sparking my love for music and storytelling. A natural contortionist, I began performing at age three with dance and gymnastics before taking the stage as Annie in Annie at the age of 11—a role that launched a vibrant career. When not performing, you can find me watching my favorite horror movies, listening to jazz music, writing lyrics and songs at my piano.
